salaamu alaikum! this weeks episode is on my experience w loneliness and worry and how that’s showed up in my life. it still shows up in my life, but what’s amazing about it now is that i know Allah is right there with me. feeling alone is okay because feelings pass and sometimes we find wisdom in our emotions. all credit is due to Allah always <3
