Over the past few episodes I have been talking about personal finances during these times of inflation. Part of the problem inflation is that it creates a huge amount of stress financially that leads to conflict. In this episode we talk about conflict and ways to resolve it. Working on our communication skills to focus on resolving conflict and staying focused on the issues instead of pointing fingers at each other. The important aspect is to work on these issues together. Resolving conflict together or through a mediator that can get you back on the right path.
