Don't be surprised when they in turn ask you questions, in order to better understand your challenges and goals.

Remember each organizer, client and project is different and so the details of how your session will operate will vary. But you should feel comfortable and safe with the process.

There are National Societies in Canada, USA and the UK that hold their members to a certain standards and code of ethics. Their directories are always a great place to start your search.
