Chances are, if you are an entrepreneur or have a brand of your own or whatever it may be that you are doing... There has probably been a time that you have experienced imposter syndrome.

I've been through it, I'm still going through it but a key to getting through it (and well anything in life) is first finding a system of what helps you when you feel those feelings coming up.

Which is exactly what I discuss in this episode, everything that helps me make it through it and keep pushing forward and showing up consistently. 

1. Focus on your why. 
2. Remember that everyone starts somewhere.
3. Don’t feel like you have to know everything.
4. Know that you are not alone. 
5. Reflect on your past accomplishments.
