Hey, everyone. When I show myself working out, its' too encourage others to be their best, not to gloat. So I decided to create a way for you to workout with me doing one of my favorite workouts called the 7 Minute Workout. Its a full body exercise combining calisthenics and aerobic activity. There's only 5 secs between each set so if you rarely workout this might be challenging at first. But the actual workout itself is about only 7 minutes long and who doesn't have 7 min? Whether you never workout or your religious we all slack so why not get back on track today and not tomorrow with 2day, lol. No gym required just a mat, chair and wall. Got any more excuses or reasons not to workout today? Leave a comment so I can find a way around it, lol.
