Welcome to the 60 and More Crowd Podcast  I am your host Sue Plant. 

This is the first season of The 60 and More Crowd Podcast. Here on the podcast we shine the spotlight on the many people in their 60's and 70's and more working longer, keeping work chapter in their life. This is a Canadian based podcast with a wide global lens. Because for many of us in the 60 and More Crowd community, work isn’t over - it's evolving. Keeping a work chapter for different reasons and in various capacities. 

In today's episode we take a look at how organizations are implementing future thinking strategies to engage and support older workers staying longer on the job. An emerging concept: The Chief Longevity Officer Role.  Super interesting, it takes a look at what older workers need and want as they extend their working chapter. Lots of options, I would love to dig further into this in upcoming episodes. There is a lot of room in the marketplace for organizations/employers to take similar steps forward.
