Isa is a 4 time Rugby European Cup winner and captain. 

He was denied a career as a New Zealand All Black by virtue of playing two mins as a 17 year old for Fiji (the country of his fathers birth) in a Rugby World Cup. Instead of being bitter about being denied the opportunity to play international rugby isa used the disappointment as a motivation to prove himself better than everyone else in his position.
