Have you ever wondered how to motivate others to “buy into” your feedback? Or how to inspire others to change their behaviors, or the way they complete tasks? How confident are you when you have to give FEEDBACK to a team member, colleague, client, or even a member of your organization’s leadership? You may have different feelings for each group, but focus on the group that is most difficult for you when you answer this.
