Continuing with the sharing of resources from the So Over Overeating online workshop series, I’m excited to share the audio of Session 2 with you.
In this session, I teach:
* A simple, no-props somatic practice (bilateral stimulation) to help you arrive more fully in the body and the present moment.
* The Hunger Scale: a powerful framework to develop more intimacy with your body’s natural hunger and fullness cues.
* A transformative coaching tool to shift the thoughts that create or amplify the urge to overeat.
