I hope you are enjoying the first few signs of Spring (location depending)! I have been enjoying noticing the difference in the birdsong and the melting of the ice on the Sheepscott river where I live. So beautiful.

* body-based approaches for allowing and managing urges to overeat
* as well as how to transform instances of overeating into powerful learning moments to support your health goals.
