This week we are making potato salad. πŸ₯”
It is delicious and packed with flavor! Here's a recipe incorporating the ingredients:

Ingredients:

- Potatoes (red or Yukon gold), diced and boiled until tender
- Pickles, diced
- Hard-boiled eggs, whites only, chopped (1-2 yolk)
- Mayonnaise
- Lemon juice or vinegar (for acidity) CONFESSION!!!! (I use pickle juice)
- Onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Mustard, to taste
-Paprika

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, diced pickles, and chopped hard-boiled egg whites.

2. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice or vinegar, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and mustard. Adjust the quantities of each ingredient according to your taste preferences.

3. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the potato mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.

4. Chill the potato salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

5. Before serving, give the potato salad a final taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

6. Serve chilled and enjoy your flavorful and healthy potato salad!

Remember, cooking is all about personal taste, so feel free to adjust the ingredients and measurements to suit your preferences.
