In my tenure at CSL I was lucky enough to be lead by an innovative Leader (Tim Hughes – Senior Director of BMF) who would put trust in his staff and allowed us (his direct reports) to learn, grow, and develop ourselves. As managers we would reciprocate the same with our direct reports. We ran daily morning meeting with all staff to go over manufacturing activities, safety, and what’s hot. This ensured there was transparency, inclusiveness and a team approach.
