Anthony Hopkins drives this one forward, literally, in a biographical story of New Zealander Burt Munro and his modified 1920s Indian Scout Motorcycle. Directed by Roger Donaldson, Hopkins takes us on a journey from Burt's native New Zealand all the way to the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. Armed with a burning desire to set a land speed record, Munro's chipper personality allows him to etch is way into the hearts of everyone he comes across, thereby, bringing more believers to the cause. It's a lighthearted, albeit mildly harrowing journey that tells the tale of an older person who sets out to accomplish one's dream, proving that age is nothing but a number.

Sorry for the gap since our last podcast. The podcast recorder is fixed, but unfortunately, I didn't get to a honey based recipe this week, guess you are going to have to continue to tune in for more culinary insights.
