No place in Royal Mail felt the impact of the coronavirus pandemic sooner than our Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre (HWDC). The plant keeps our global business moving and colleagues there realised life would never be the same as soon as the first changes were apparent from parcel volumes due from China.
