Worry, fear and anxiety will steal your purpose if you let them. It's natural to worry. We've all done it. But let's not just accept it as though it were a healthy coping skill. It is not. Worry and fear are the opposite of faith. You can't just flip a switch and turn off worry, but in this episode we talk about what you can do to deal with those inevitable times in life when worry tries to take over.
