When good things or bad things come along in life, we try to manage them and contain them on our own. Rarely, if ever, are we successful in that. Then, in our efforts to control these situations, we create more chaos and stress in our lives. This what happens when we let worry be the basic mode of operation in our lives. We can't ever relax because it is all on us. God doesn't want us to function like that, and we don't have to.
