Mark 3; Matthew 13:55-56

In this chapter, we see Jesus healing on the Sabbath, which was unlawful for the Jews of his era. Many people came to Him seeking healing and to receive what He would do for them in their bodies, but many did not come to hear His messages. He selected 12 disciples, who later we see Him sending out in twos to preach and cast out demons. Jesus warned the Pharisees of the unpardonable sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is in Jesus, the third part of the Trinity, and Jesus is God in the Flesh, the second part of the Trinity. Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is intolerable because He is Holy and part of God inside of those who believe in Jesus as Savior. I urge you to adore, worship, and serve Jesus not for what He can give you, but for who He is. Our worship and service should be sincere, stemming from a genuine desire to honor and serve Him.
