After an unplanned, month-long hiatus, The DBC Podcast is back, baby! On this episode, our conversation centers on Worship. What is the purpose of it, and how do/can/should we do it? We focus on the value of one hour set aside every week for communal worship of a church community, but, at the same time, the cultivation of a personal discipline of worship. Additionally, we also touch on the many, many different ways to express our worship of God, including some exercises that many would consider unorthodox or embarrassing. As you'll learn, such practices weren't always as scarce as they might be today, and perhaps its time we, as a community of believers, insist on worship that explores new avenues of creative expression.
