How many of us have been in a situation where we ask ourselves, "Why am I killing myself for this job?" "No one appreciates what I am doing." "What am I trying to prove?"We are ready to step back from pursuing our passion or working on something that brings us immense joy. The biggest problem for many working people is that the actual work on their desks is the easy part of the job, It's only made hard to complete because of the politics, the policies, and the dark, fearful energy that flows throughout the workplace and bogs everyone down.  A toxic work culture not only affects the turnover or productivity of an organization or company but also the morale, work output, and the zeal of an employee.   Millennials keep getting labeled as the 'burnout generation,' but a toxic workplace affects everyone in negative ways both personally and professionally.  We intend to build a conversation around the same, share our stories, and discuss how we coped with such challenging circumstances.
