My girls love to play the game"Would You Rather."  Mostly it revolves around something disgusting you have to eat or ridiculous you have to do.  I love the way the game challenges you to decide which is the lesser of the two.  Do you ever do this with yourself?  Are you just being busy or are you actually seeing progress and results?
