We are Barbells and Bacon.  Just three amigos who love lifting "heavy" weights and eating delicious bacon with no qualms giving our advice on beer, food, life and fitness.  Our goal is to bridge the gap from the world of Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting to the common person who loves eating great food (ahem, Bacon) and enjoying life to the fullest.
