We talk to families, community workers, researchers, artists, church leaders, and government officials to do our own "katok" (knocking) and "hangyo" (inquiring). But beyond the bloody campaign under President Rodrigo Duterte, beyond calling for justice and accountability, we expand the conversation to include a broader look at drugs, our assumptions about the people who use them, and the roles they play in our culture, society, and our everyday lives.&nbsp; "Tokhang sa Tokhang," as we would say.
