Annice is a certified mindset coach and living example of what personal and professional development can do. Her unique journey from dodging bullets during drive-by shootings in Chicago to graduating with a doctorate from Harvard forced her to learn how to outmaneuver race, gender, and class barriers. From her 15 years leading individuals, teams, and organizations through the change process she developed a toolkit for exercising nuanced leadership that helped her and other women that she has coached succeed at breaking barriers and legacy building.
