AWS GovCloud (US) is isolated AWS infrastructure and services designed to allow US government agencies and enterprises in highly regulated industries to move sensitive data and regulated IT workloads to the cloud by addressing specific regulatory and compliance requirements. While enterprises and organizations are increasingly integrating software as a service (SaaS) technologies into their IT environments, they often require SaaS products to address the same compliance features of the AWS GovCloud (US) Region.
