Winnipeg expat Allan Hanley, perhaps best known locally in his DJ guise as Turtilian, is back with [Parts Project](http://www.facebook.com/partsmusicproject/), a new creative outlet that puts him in the driver's seat playing live electronic music.

Parts Project is in town Saturday, Sept. 14 for a [live show](http://www.facebook.com/events/729894617463939/) with a number of familiar faces from his old Winnipeg crew, as well an electronic music workshop the following weekend.
