The Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Hon. Candith Mashego-Dlamini, embarked on a public participation programme in Mthatha, Eastern Cape Province, on 28-29 February 2024.

 The Deputy Minister was joined by several foreign Heads of Diplomatic Missions accredited to South Africa. Municipal and provincial government representatives also took part in the programme.
