We have reached the end of yet another season of the Wrapped In Skin Podcast. We are so grateful to once again, have had the opportunity to share stories, insight, revelations, experiences, and wisdom with all of you.

This season was a new experience as we included guests who blessed us so much with their conversations. Special thanks to Carol, Rhoshod, Jael, and Sharon for just being who they are. If you missed any of those episodes please do yourselves a favor and go back and listen to those when you have a moment.

As we bring this season to a close, Justin wanted to dive into some personal experiences as well as, address issues of depression and suicidal thoughts. Thoughts that are very prevalent in our world today. There are good times and bad times in our lives, and we can always use some encouragement and insight on how to navigate the bad times. Our hope and prayer is that this episode will give you some things to consider in those dark times; that it will encourage you to continue when the burden of your purpose feels too heavy to carry.

If there is one episode that you decide to share, let it be this one! Encourage someone who may be dealing with dark thoughts or going through dark times.

As we are bringing this season to a close with only one episode left, we took the opportunity to dive into a topic that we've been wanting to touch on for quite some time. That topic is friendship.

Friendship is essential to the soul. It is an important, yet often misunderstood concept. The idea of "doing life" with another person or group or people is not a small undertaking. The benefit and potential disappointment of relying on another person/people in good times and in bad, is something that should not be taken lightly.

If you've never really considered what it means to both be and to have a friend, this an episode that you are going to want to share with those individuals who you have attached the "F word" to...the positive "F Word" of course!
