We all want to improve conditions and make the world a better place but to do it requires transforming the paradigm and what I describe as the 'metasphere' between us allowing for the opportunity for quantum change to take place. In examining existing social structures and institutions as well as our own individual conduct within this realm I present what I sense are the groundfloor components of approaching change and that is the WRECK formula. Yes, we want to elegantly wreck the old paradigm and not uneccessarily hurt or disorient people that end up only making things worse.

The WRECK formula is... approaching the present moment opportunity in this way of being...
Warm and welcoming (for what is)
Real, relevent and right "
Easy (exploring enlightened possibilities)
Considerate (for new ideas, immediate circumstances, conditions and the company you keep)
Kind (in all facets of your dealing - as you can)
