Running a successful business is one way to do so, which our guest today has done. But he has also written a book as an extension of his business, and there have been many benefits as a result.   

Our guest in this episode is Mark Sias, Founder and CEO of Noble Notary & Legal Document Preparers. In 2019, Mark walked away from a fifteen-year career as a critical care nurse to start his own business. In the months that followed, his business took off. His wife, Grace, soon joined him in the venture and the two have worked alongside one another since.   

In 2022, they co-authored "A Golden Pen" to help others who were curious about their successes.
