Brian Wasko is the founder and president of WriteAtHome.com. He and his wife, Melanie, homeschooled their four grown daughters from kindergarten to college. They have been involved in homeschooling for thirty years through teaching in co-ops, organizing local classes, speaking at homeschool conventions, and educating their own children.

 

In addition to providing writing classes for middle and high schoolers, WriteAtHome offers online Great Books literature classes, called Wasko Lit, for high school students. Brian teaches the Wasko Lit classes, and he and Melanie both work for WriteAtHome.

 

On this episode, Brian and Melanie join us to give advice on how to homeschool middle schoolers and high schoolers. They share tips for helping students improve their writing and remind us that we all have something to say.
