Oftentimes we find ourselves being tortured by that someone who we can never escape...OURSELVES!!

We try all sorts of techniques, self help, mentoring, therapy(Black folk Aint NOTHING wrong with therapy...from a trained professional), and more to forgive ourselves of past occurrences.

Yes, that's right. Oftentimes we have to get out the way-remove ourselves so that which is intended for us will find its way. Freed to accomplish what that unforgiveness one possesses for one's self has not and will not allow.
