Retired Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer having served for 25 years. As a result of my service I ended up with PTSD. I lost my wife to cancer in 2021 and am struggling with grief as well as PTSD on a lesser scale. I am an international certified mentor and I work with people struggling with mental health and grief. I have logged over 3400 hours of mentoring.
