In this episode, I'm joined by Lauren Marie Fleming, who's a writer and coach. Lauren helps people discover their story and tell it to the world. She owns a company called School for Writers where they help aspiring authors to write their books in a way that harnesses the transformational power of storytelling, which honors their creativity and humanity.

In her 20 years as a professional writer, Lauren has written multiple books and has been featured in prominent publications including Vice and the Huffington Post. She has also spoken at prestigious conferences and colleges, including Yale, and Blog Her. For over three decades, Lauren has coached writers and speakers to tell heartfelt tales in the most impactful and entertaining way possible. She has also worked with some of the world's most distinguished presenters and authors, including two years directly supporting Tony Robbins.

When she's not writing, coaching or traveling the world Lauren can be found walking her dog on the beach in San Diego, and listening to a good audio book.
