Doug Lawrence is a Speaker, Author, International Certified Mentor and the founder of TalentC® and Co-founder of the International Mentor Community who helps organizations improve productivity and reduce employee onboarding. He has done extensive research on the effect of mentoring for those with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Doug served in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) for 25 years and retired in 1999. Having worked with people with PTSD and in Law Enforcement afforded him a unique view of the benefits of mentoring.

About the Show
The Writers Corner has been a water cooler for authors since July 2018. The show is broadcast live so readers are able to engage with the authors in real time.
