He is also a professional rock singer, guitarist, a licensed psychotherapist and a Professor of English at the California State University. Ursula Lake is his first novel. Charles is an avid fly-fisherman and lives in Los Angeles with his family and a menagerie of cats, dogs, and tortoises.
