As I was preparing for a Self-care workshop that I was leading yesterday, I reflected on some of the ways that I’ve tended to my needs because I wanted to offer some tangible ideas and strategies that people can put to use right away — and I realized that when I lined up all of the practices, what I was looking at was more than just a list of feel-goods… it was a treatment plan.
So. I called it My Self-care Prescription, shared it on yesterday’s call, and it was a hit! Today, I want to share that plan with you so that you can write your own prescription — one that goes beyond pedicures and bubble baths.
