Penpoint Your Perspective Podcast is designed for aspiring, accomplished and published writers. In this episode, we talk to Katherine Piscopo, an Italian-American writer from Cleveland, Ohio. She is a poet who is inspired by the greats: Rumi, Hafiz, Edgar Allen Poe, and Lewis Carroll.  Her poetry explores love, loss, heartbreak, personal realizations, feminism, and her absolute wonderment for her ancestors and the Divine. We had a great conversation about her writing and healing process while she dealt with grief, loss, and heartbreak.  Katherine completed both of her poetry books. The Loving and the Leaving and Late July in under a year as a form of self-therapy.
