Welcome everyone to a special event to kick off 2013 as We Talk Comics presents The WeTalkie Awards Comic Edition! (proudly sponsored by COMICOSITY)
Major are awards given to the top categories from each of your 4 show hosts (Brett, Chris, Keith and Mo) – Best Writer of 2012, Best Artist, Best Publisher, Best On Going or Mini Series, and Best Single Issue. As well there’s some categories the guys present themselves from the common (i.e. best original graphic novel) to the wacky (i.e. biggest back stab by a publisher).
Honored this year are such companies, series, books and creators as Marvel, Image, Monkeybrain, Mark Waid, Jeff Lemire, Matt Kindt, Mind MGMT, The Red Diary, Tyler Jenkins, Archer & Armstrong, Peter Panzerfaust and more.
As well we hear from show friends @Comic_Canuck, @FotoCub, @LBoxGraveyard, @ryanwriter plus the guys compile the 198 books they WeViewed on the podcast during the last year to give a top 5 countdown of the best and worst!
