Career progression is important to some out there. Progression to learn and expand

what you can offer to your company, taking on more responsibility and hopefully

leaving with more experience than when you first arrived. You can move on to

something different once you've had your fill. Having spoken to those seeking

job changes for a multitude of reasons, be it for a higher salary, a challenging

role, or escaping a toxic work environment. Due to the effects of Covid 19, contracts

are frozen, projects cancelled, companies have let go able workers who have to

feed themselves and their families. 2020 has been a reminder for all of us to

appreciate what we have, but not to lose sight of those in need. People value

employment, if you can help someone, empathy goes a long way.
