During the pandemic, the one-month closure of restaurants across the country to curb the infection of COVID-19 has unfortunately left Thailand's F&B industry in critical condition, with many out of jobs and struggling to put food on their own tables, due to the lack of safety nets. Realising that to save the industry, you have to feed the industry, Deepanker Khosla, chef of Neo-Indian farm-to-table restaurant Haoma, started the No One Hungry programme to cook and distribute meals to fellow chefs and waiters desperately in need of a silver lining. No One Hungry garnered so much support in just a week that the programme has now expanded to feeding anyone in need of meals at this time.
