Kathy is an HR manager with over 25 years of experience in the field under her belt. Between recruitment, onboarding, department structure and more, Kathy always brings expertise to the table.

Today, Kathy tells us about the dentists in the office she worked for, and how their arrangement of some plush stuffed animals made her realize not everything is implied, and sometimes, you have to write a rule you never would have thought needed to be stated.
