That interview can be heard at the 30 minute mark of this week's program. Preceding that, Dan and Mark discuss the Coastal Commission approval of a busway adjacent to Highway One in order to benefit MST and we dive into an appellate court ruling that says a local government agency wrongly collected a tax from local residents. A taxpayer advocacy group brought a lawsuit against the tax and are victorious.
