Michaela and David are overjoyed to have the Watcher Council show up in Sunny-D. Because what's better than one stuffy, incompetent Brit? A whole bunch of 'em. Now, there have been complaints that the Watchers are "useless," or "incompetent," or that they "detract from the overall quality of the show whenever they appear any time after Giles is fired," but we're here to tell you that they can at least help with the turtleneck count for this episode.
