Michaela and David spiral out of control as the KoB are back in town. Everyone has to flee in Spike's RV (don't worry about it, it doesn't stick around for long) as the Knights of Byzantium attack on horseback. Buffy forgets about her "don't kill people" rule for a while, and everything is pretty awful.
