The world is in chaos it is scary and a bit overwhelming. Before we get started, let us take a collective moment to breathe.  Maybe like me, you have been holding your breath as every one of your body’s senses has been bombarded by emotions too quick to process.

I am going to let you in on a secret.  I have been so overwhelmed with what's happening in the world, that I have been using food and Netflix as coping strategies.  The problem is when the ice cream tub is empty, my feelings are still there lurking underneath my comfy sweatpants.


In today's episode, I explain why it's important to feel our feelings, and provide you with a little homework to help you get started.  Be brave! I know you can do it.
