Chinese restaurants (and even ASIAN restaurants) around the world are taking a hit because of the coronavirus outbreak. So in today’s show, we want to go out and eat at a restaurant that sells a Wuhan specialty, as our way of encouraging people to continue supporting these restaurants!

Today’s menu: In our first course, we’ll tell you a little about the origins of Hot, Dry Noodles. In our second course we’re going to head to a local restaurant here in Taipei to sample a bowl of these noodles. And in our third and final course, we’re going to ask the people at the restaurant 小夥伴 about the secret to creating the perfect bowl of Hot Dry Noodles, and how business has been during the outbreak.
