Let’s be honest, doctors aren’t always the most reliable when it comes to following up. If you’ve been on a waiting list for over THREE YEARS, they forgot to put you on the list at all.

Remember, you’re in charge of your healthcare. Doctors work for YOU, not the other way around. If your current one isn’t working out, fire them and find a new one.

This 2026 New Year has been heavy and difficult, very reminiscent of the stress and grief that accompanied the January 6th Insurrection in 2021. In fact, the day after the 5 year anniversary of that attempted overthrowing of the United States Government, ICE Agent Jonathon Ross murdered Renee Nicole Good, a military widow, a mother of three, and a wife. The news of this brought into light another death by an off-duty ICE agent during the New Years celebration, when Keith Porter Jr was murdered.

Since Elly and I both are Neurodivergent and I have been very recently (as of December 2025 recently) diagnosed with Autism Level 2 and ADHD Combined Type, we are going to dedicate a segment to talking about the overlap between the medical and the magical. How do we incorporate our witchcraft into our neurodivergent way of thinking? Is there a link between being neurodivergent and “witchy”? These are the kinds of things we will discuss in future episodes!

All I’m gonna say is fuck Donald Trump

Another chillingly relevant read for 2025. I immediately think of Adrianna Smith and her son, Chance, who is now receiving extensive treatment. My heart aches for Chase, her young boy who cried by her side before they finally allowed her body to rest.

Adrianna Smith should be here. But she’s not. She should be alive to hold Chase and read him bedtime stories and help him with homework. Her mother, April Newkirk, should be consoling her about losing her pregnancy. Not having to spend every single dollar they have and receive through their GoFundMe on paying for Chance’s extensive and likely lifelong medical care.
