In this episode, we talk with Jessica Schroeder and Laura Beishir about accountability. Given the constant feedback from ideation sessions that "we come up with a ton of great ideas, but we never follow up", how do we solve that problem?

We talk about challenges affecting taking action, specific frameworks to help drive accountability, and the general mindset of how to collaboratively hold ourselves accountable.

In this episode, we hear from Marc Chouinard, a member of the WWT Business Innovation team with a background in Transpersonal Psychology. We have a really fascinating discussion about how our brain and body work together in areas of creativity and collaboration.
