So many of us are focusing on the wrong thing. We keep focusing on what we DON'T WANT, vs. What we actually want. For example: we focus on not wanting to be in pain, vs. being able to go on that family walk after dinner with your family. We focus on not having limits with activities, vs. being focusing on being able to enjoy and be present in the moment. It's a subtle, but big difference at the same time.Shifting your focus can drastically change your outcomes, and be able to help guide you on a much happier path.How are you shifting your focus today?
