This month Joy Davey and Alexandra Buchan-Heelas are joined by their first male guest, Nick Crasner. Nick is an entrepreneur who has founded Crasner Capital, Crasner Consulting and Crasner Ventures. He is an investment banker, DE&I venture investor and consultant. Most importantly, he is father to two young girls and has had two paternity leaves.

On this podcast, Nick discusses the importance of paternity leave, lessons learned and how he currently balances parenthood with his incredibly busy professional life. Nick considers himself to be emulating the amazing women in his life and we hope that his experience can be a blueprint for other men to follow.
